artisan breads.


Whole wheat sourdoughs, corn breads, epis, olive bread, bleu cheese walnuts.  This class was a dream.

    I just found your blog and it is lovely. I am currently living in vermont and am working as a dough mixer in a bakery and noticed that you had taken artisan bread making classes in this region and was wondering, what school/ apprenticeship is this? The pictures of your breads are just beautiful!
