little moments.

School's been busy and all the time.  I'm thankful for quiet moments away with these people to remind me that school is not the only thing.

solo adventures.

You can do things like take yourself out for ice cream - like a pint of fresh mint to be eaten in the romantic setting of a rock on the river nearby.  Or you can pack up a book, writing materials, and bike out somewhere nice to read and draw and write - don't forget to pick wildflowers on the way.  Sometimes you've got to remember how much fun it can be to hang out with yourself.

...in ways like taking morning bike rides to pick wildflowers for my table and spending a bit too much time sitting around hanging out with Rowan - (who immediately eats the wildflowers upon my setting them on the table).

Yesterday I came home to find these on my front doorstep.  Ohhhhhweeee.
