With my new job I get a free loaf of bread and/or pastry at the end of EVERY SHIFT. I know. Plus, every Wednesday the owner gets creative, makes up his own bread and brings it in around midday. Yesterday it was Pain de Pomme Barden, or just really delicious soft bread with Barden apples in it. So, of course that was the loaf I took home. And then today I got to share the rest with some friends in class. Love this job.
