Making bread at Wild Fire is a 24 hour process and a pretty good amount of time goes into each individual loaf. The last 6 months my days have been spent near these brick ovens learning a bit on milling flour, natural leavening, and all things bread. So, here's a video I've been working on for the last few weeks to show everybody what I've been doing all the way over here. I hope you like it!

wildfire picnics.
My lovely coworker Sophie set up 3 different picnics using breads, treats, and lunch options from the bakery - and then we photographed them!
Here are some of the photos I took // a look at some of the things I make! I had so much fun helping to arrange different designs and adjusting the lighting that I was thinking, 'hey, why don't I just do this for a living?' But I like being in on the making of the things too. Some of the photos made it to the Wild Fire facebook page and might be used on the updated website!

Whole wheat sourdoughs, corn breads, epis, olive bread, bleu cheese walnuts. This class was a dream.
