Last weekend I took the ferry on over to Washington to go visit my close friend Melissa.  Here are some of the sweetest moments from my trip!

I've always (and still do) considered myself a dog person, but ever since getting a kitten I've become one of those people who takes 1,000 pictures of their cat. I'm discovering a whole new side of myself. But, when you come home and you find her sleeping in the sink or playing jack-in-the-box from a basket - how can you resist?  She's just so cute.  And doing homework/breakfast eating/all activities have become infinitely sweeter with a purring ball in my lap.

There's this kitten in my dad's house that needs a new home, SO I'm taking her home with me! Isn't she beautiful?

... is a little place right on the water where endless productivity and chocolate cake and almond biscotti lattes can happen. It's always so charming when old houses are converted into businesses and it leaves the men playing intense games of chess with a floor all to themselves.
